Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Features

Addlestone House bed and breakfast accommodation features two ensuite rooms, each with a queen-size bed, adjoining sun room, ducted heating and electric blankets. Quality bedding, towels, toiletries and hair dryer are provided, as well as a hearty home cooked and/or continental breakfast.

Guest lounge facilities include the use of a computer, plasma TV, books, DVDs and CDs, games, tea and coffee making facilities and free wireless internet access.

Tariff

Summer (1 Dec to 28 Feb) - $140 double or single

Autumn,Winter & Spring (1 Mar to 30 Nov) - $140 double, $110 single

Winter special - 1 June to 31 August - $110 per room per night for 2 or more nights

Complimentary Tasmanian chocolates, Port and Sherry are included in the tariff as well as a photographic portrait (optional) as a memento of your stay.

Booking Terms

• Where a cancellation notice of 7 days or more is given, a 75% refund of the tariff will apply.
• Where a cancellation notice of more than 24 hours but less than 7 days is given, a 25% refund of the tariff will apply.
• Where a cancellation notice of less than 24 hours is given, no refund will apply.

Conditions of Use

For the comfort and safety of guests, smoking within the house is not permitted.  We regret that we do not accommodate young children or allow pets.
